What's the big deal about the KJB?

A study in manuscript evidence can be a real eye-opener.

Episode 2

Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.
[Deuteronomy 4:2 KJB]

Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.  add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.
[Proverbs 30:5-6 KJB]

For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, if any many shall add  unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
[Revelation 22:18-19 KJB]

The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.
[Psalm 12:6-7 KJB]

  1. That chart convinced me that the new versions are all corrupt. The video is simple but effective for those who enjoy visual object lessons. And the verses shed light on the 'doctrine of preservation'. Our KJB is completely trustworthy and every word is important. Thank you for standing for the truth!

  2. Great post, Jan. I might add to the video that, when the folks in Alexandria changed the Bible, they were not so much striving to make the Bible better - they were working to make the Bible fit their humanistic worldview.

LOL @ "special coffee recipe from Alexandria"

  3. Truth, GracieGurl,good point!

Thank you for adding that. When one studies that for themselves with an honest heart and objective mindset, they will see that truth, as well.

"But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant." [1 Corinthians 14:38 KJB]

    But...

"God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.? [Romans 3:4 KJB]
