Divine dispensary

It is also interesting and vital to keep in mind…
As Pastor Ron stated in one of his blogged answers:
“A dispensation is defined a set of instructions given by God to man for man's obedience.”
God authorized and equipped a ‘spokesman’ with those dispensational instructions that were to be followed.

First when the earth was supernaturally created and mankind birthed, Adam was the first spokesman for God—that is, he was PERSONALLY given God’s word to be 'dispensed' to mankind. …but mankind failed to heed those instructions.

Then when the Nation of Israel was supernaturally created (birthed, when God brought them out of Egypt), Moses was the second spokesman for God—PERSONALLY given God’s word to be 'dispensed' to Israel. …but Israel failed to heed that set of instructions.

And, finally, when the Church, the Body of Christ was supernaturally created (birthed, on the Road to Damascus) Paul then became God’s spokesman for God—that is, he was PERSONALLY given God’s word, replacing the Law of Moses with the Law of Christ to be 'dispensed' to all who would receive and believe, and then in pure grace sealing them with the Holy Spirit. …the Holy Spirit can and will not fail.

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [Ephesians 2:8]
For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe. [1 Thessalonians 2:13]
